R3E Mobility & Stability Challenge
This is a 2 week program that will help you stretch and stabilize all your joints so you can feel better exercising and in your daily life. This program is made with the recreational endurance athlete in mind but can be beneficial for any active adult. All you need is 10 minutes a day. You can return back to do the program again or the individual day you liked best. Join me on a journey to feel confident and ready to conquer your next workout!
What you get:
10 minute video with instruction how to perform each exercise, workout with me format, PDF written format for each day
10 days over 2 weeks
Each day focuses on a different region of the body
Format is stretching and stability exercises every 30 seconds with a few exercises as a warm up
Made to compliment your training plan, it is a recovery session.
R3E Strength For Runners
Strength program made for runners to prevent injury and run faster. This program is for runners of all levels, from beginner to marathoner, who want a program that is quick and effective to fit into their busy lives so they can spend time doing what they love- running.
What do you get:
12 workouts 30 minutes each, can be 3x4weeks or 2x6weeks, go at your own pace
PDF workout with 2 minute workout with me video for the 2 minute hip/core/plyo finisher
access to my private exercise library with videos instruction proper form lining up with each workout
exclusive videos instructing tips on injury prevention, recovery, nutrition, and training.
Equipment required: dumbbells and resistance bands. Ability to complete at home or the gym.
